Hello, I intentionally bought this product (Sleep Well Airbed Twin - Item#: 37209014) strictly based on the reputation of the Kelty brand name. I could have spent half the price to purchase an alternative product but I have had previous success with your other products that were well engineered, designed and manufactured. First airbed was replaced under warranty due to a leak at the seam. Unfortunately, multiple attempts at usage of the airbed has shown me a few severe design flaws with this airbed which will prevent me from considering other Kelty products in the future. 1) I am totally perplexed as to why you would make a rechargeable inflator for this product that does not (also) operate directly from the input power (115Vac/12Vdc). Since an airbed is not an often used item and unless one is prepared in advance to have charged the inflator previously, the product is useless for immediate use. 2) At this price point, there should also be an interlock mechanism that prevents the inlet valve from being rotated accidentally (or manually) which can cause the airbed to deflate. Such a simple interlock would allow deflation ONLY when the inflator is attached to the airbed. Shame, RandiO

It's too bad 1 star is the lowest rating. I purchased two of these beds. From brand new, neither of them would hold air over the course of a night's sleep. After numerous attempts to contact Kelty's warranty department, they finally replaced them with two new beds. BOTH of these beds had large, obvious holes in them right out of the packaging! Numerous attempts to contact Kelty's warranty department again went unanswered. 4 out of 4 of these beds that I have owned were defective, and Kelty clearly refuses to stand behind it's products. Stay far, far away.
