The versatility of this light can't be emphasized enough. Being able to aim the light is so useful that you can use it for anything... lighting the way for late-night horseshoes, that late dinner (each person gets their own light panel), packing the cargo box, working on a bike before that 3am lap. The light is stable so it won't fall over, handy to carry around, and obviously aims where you need it. It would be nice if the battery was rechargeable, but I'll probably just buy some rechargeable D batteries to use in it.
