The overall ease of use of the headlamp was superb. Completely idiot proof as a lantern should be. The overall lighting function of the Lumatech was impressive. Two people could easily read by it within the tent. Adjustment to the lower lighting level proved sufficient for all activities aside from reading. Features were few as they should be.

This light lives permanently in my tent bag because it's so perfect for lighting up the whole tent. The hook on the handle makes it so easy to hang and the first set of batteries is still going strong. It's a bit heavy for my backpacking weight limits, but for car camping I wouldn't leave home without it.
