I have for years been searching for the ideal beach shelter. In past years I have used Coleman products but it seems that after every season I've had to buy a new one because they don't weather the weather, so to speak. And then every year they change design or manufacturers, the quality is not always good, and the service has been bad.
However, I believe I have found the *PERFECT* beach shelter in the Kelty *Large* Shadehouse. It's so easy to set up, easy to move when the tide changes, and easy to secure.
Take from somebody who obsesses over shade on the beach...this is the best beach shade for a group of 3-4 people that exists on the market! BUY IT!!

My wife and Bought the 2010 model which is identical to the new 011 model except for color. We love this Shadehouse! We have used this on the beach and we highly suggest using screw-in sand anchors and in windy conditions add guy lines to the upwind side. For this the sand/snow anchors work best. The tend hardly moved in 30mph winds. One of the best family camping purchases ever!
