I just used over the Labor Weekend at Santa Rosa Beach. I have setup in the house when I got the tent and immediately loved. Very roomy to say and I can even consider to use in camp around the fire on dry day and I can even sleep in it. At the beach I setup with winds very calm and setup myself for my GF while she was getting ready in the condo. I used different stakes for sand to make sure it won't fly away and also used sand bag. I had no issues with cabana flying away. It is good to open up the side flap so that wind will pass and keep the cabana on the floor when it is bit windy but tie down is good idea. So one may ask what takes. Good stakes to own

Quick and easy to put up and was great at the beach. However, after the second use the roof developed a 4 inch tear. Durability is my only issue.

I haven't had it on the beach yet, but I have put it up a couple times. Large structure, well built. Doesn't take long to put up, and storage is easy. Looking forward to using it in a couple weeks.
