I bought this tent to take my 9 year old son on backpacking trips with our border collie. On our first outing we went with a few other families and shortly after making camp that evening we had a storm roll in. Our tent was nice and dry all night and with the exception of the water drops from opening the door in the morning there was nothing but dryness in our tent. The only complaint I have is the zipper on the vestibule sometimes catches the flap that covers it, and I noticed some spots on the rainfly that water seemed to soak in after the long downpore. It never made it to the inside of the tent, but I wonder if it could on a 2 day rain soak?
