Kelty accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund at the time of return only with a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip or the return slipping label provided with your order.
Please email or call us at 1.800.535.3589 (M-F 8AM - 5PM MST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please have your Order ID ready or included within your email.
- All returns must be shipping with a Return Authorization number noted
- All product must be returned in original or unused condition with the product hang tags included
- Kelty will only honor returns for orders placed on www.kelty.com
- Return turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return
