We’re excited that you’ve considered Kelty as a sponsor for your event or next adventure. If you’d like to request that we review your proposal, please note the following guidelines before submitting your proposal to us.
We hope you will assist us with this effort by following these guidelines:
- Please send all sponsorship requests by mail to us.
- Please do not fax or email your proposal to us.
We’ve been overwhelmed by all of these amazing proposals, like the one you are about to present to our team. With that said, please follow these guidelines so we can efficiently consider your proposal.

Proposals will only be considered if you follow these guidelines.
Required parameters for proposals:
- Please submit your proposal by November 30th, for the following years event. Example: If your event is on November 1, 2015, you must submit your proposal by November 30, 2014.
- Provide a brief description of your event: (No more than 100 words)
- Please describe the benefit to Kelty of sponsoring your event: (No more than 100 words)

Note: We review sponsorships on a bi-monthly basis, and, if we are interested in sponsoring your event, we will follow up with you directly. If we are not interested in sponsoring your event, we will inform you as soon as we are able.
